    Right now everyone is 5- we are holding off increasing market size or stadium size until we get the finances set. Right now teams have too much money to spend. 5=average.

    I know the rules on market size deveolpment, however, i am not sure where to post the fact thatI want to increase it. Also can we post a scale of the market sizes? I am at average now. Is that 11 or 10 or 12?
