    As a new expansion team, am I allowed to design my own stadium and if so, can I still do so? I wasn't aware before.

    Yes- you can rebrand your whole organization. Relocations and stadiums need to be done before Spring training. Name changes. logos, and unis can be changed at anytime.

    This is for all your teams from Rookie ball up. I'm flexible with the stadiums as long as they don't get too crazy. like a 1.800 hr factor. For the stadium factors stay within .600-.1400. If you have any questions or need help with something- just let me know.
